Through our Gear4Guides program, we are committed to supporting local mountain guides. We do this by donating high-quality equipment and offering training.
These guides, many of whom grew up in the region, have a great passion for mountain sports. However, they often lack the resources to grow further.
By providing these guides with modern equipment and support, we help them realize their dreams.
Our Mission
We’re part of a bigger movement, one that believes snow sports can be accessible, sustainable, and responsible.
By working closely with local communities and ski resorts, we create opportunities that respect nature, support inclusivity and women empowerment. We want to give back to the places we ride.
Environmental stewardship and social responsibility aren’t side projects for us, they’re built into every turn we make.

For local projects, we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers. Especially in Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, and Albania, we have various projects where we could use your help. We strive to work with local staff as much as possible, but some tasks are better suited for non-locals.
