A Baby Lift, A Big Dream
Last year we opened a brand new ski school in Jyrgalan, Kyrgyzstan, a town with incredible terrain but almost no infrastructure. We sourced a baby lift from Austria, shipped it across continents, and installed it on the slopes of Jyrgalan.
It’s small, but for the local kids, it’s everything.
Twice a week, they train for free. No fees, no barriers, just the snow, the lift, and the chance to learn.
Our Mission
We believe access to snow sports shouldn’t depend on where you’re born. Many regions have world-class terrain, but many local children have never ridden a lift.
Our mission is simple: give them the same start that kids in the Alps take for granted. By providing free training, equipment, and a safe place to ride, we’re building the next generation of skiers.
This isn’t charity — it’s investment in a community that has every right to enjoy its own mountains.
How we support the Journey
THE LIFT
We will provide a beginner ski lift to give children a true winter sports experience. The lift will be installed with the support of local guides, who will help ensure that the ski school can become fully operational.
FREE TRAINING
Several times per week, the children train with qualified instructors at no cost. No membership, no fees, just show up and ski.
EQUIPMENT
We provide skis, boots, helmets, and protective gear to kids who would otherwise have no access to equipment. Every child trains with proper, safe gear.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
The ski school creates local jobs for guides and instructors. It builds tourism infrastructure, and gives the community a point of pride. These kids are the future of skiing.

Running a ski school in a remote village takes more than good intentions. The lift needs maintenance, equipment wears out, and we want to
expand to more locations.

Every euro goes directly to the community ski school.
Volunteer Work
For local projects, we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers.
Especially in Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, and Albania, we have various projects where we could use your help.
We strive to work with local staff as much as possible, but some tasks are better suited for non-locals.
