TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h1>\n

1. Identity of the Organizer<\/h2>\n

This package travel is organized by:<\/p>\n

Hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Organizer.\u201d<\/p>\n

2. Scope and Legal Framework<\/h2>\n

2.1 These Travel Terms and Conditions apply to all package travel agreements concluded between the Organizer and the traveler (\u201cthe Traveler\u201d).<\/p>\n

2.2 By booking a trip, the Traveler confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

2.3 These Terms are intended to comply with Directive (EU) 2015\/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, as implemented in Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7, Title 7A).<\/p>\n

2.4 Where applicable, the ANVR Travel Conditions apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions shall prevail.<\/p>\n

3. Conclusion of the Travel Agreement<\/h2>\n

3.1 A binding package travel agreement is concluded upon written confirmation (including email confirmation) of the booking by the Organizer.<\/p>\n

3.2 The person making the booking declares that they are authorized to conclude the agreement on behalf of all travelers included in the booking and is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising therefrom.<\/p>\n

3.3 The Traveler must provide accurate personal data exactly as stated in their passport or official travel document. Any costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information shall be borne by the Traveler.<\/p>\n

3.4 The Traveler must inform the Organizer prior to booking of any medical conditions, reduced mobility, dietary requirements, or other relevant personal circumstances that may affect participation in the trip.<\/p>\n

4. Price and Payment<\/h2>\n

4.1 The total travel price and included services are specified on the website and in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

4.2 A deposit of 50% of the total travel price is due within three (3) days after booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

4.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than thirty (30) days prior to departure.<\/p>\n

4.4 For bookings made within 30 days prior to departure, the full travel price is due immediately upon confirmation.<\/p>\n

4.5 In the event of non-payment within the specified timeframe, the Organizer reserves the right to terminate the agreement after providing a reasonable payment reminder. Cancellation charges may apply in accordance with Article 6.<\/p>\n

4.6 The number of travel days includes both the day of departure and the day of return.<\/p>\n

\n

5. Transfer of the Package Travel<\/h2>\n

5.1 The Traveler may transfer the package travel agreement to another person who satisfies all applicable conditions, provided that reasonable notice is given no later than seven (7) days before departure.<\/p>\n

5.2 The transferring Traveler and the substitute Traveler shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of any outstanding balance and reasonable additional costs resulting from the transfer.<\/p>\n

6. Termination by the Traveler (Cancellation)<\/h2>\n

6.1 The Traveler may terminate the package travel agreement at any time prior to departure. Termination must be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n

6.2 In the event of termination, the Organizer is entitled to appropriate compensation for costs incurred. Unless higher actual costs are demonstrably incurred, the following maximum cancellation fees apply in accordance with ANVR standards:<\/p>\n
