Tirana

Tirana is the vibrant capital of Albania. With its restaurants, cafes and clubs, there is always something to do here! In the city you can still see many traces of communism and the far gone Ottoman Empire. With the history of Albania in mind, Tirana has quite a few museums such as the National History Museum and the BUNK’ART museum. When you are in Tirana, you cannot miss the Dajti Ekspres, a cable cart that goes to the top of the Dajti National Park. At the top you have a beautiful view of the entire city. Durrës

On about 40 kilometers away from Tirana, the city of Durrës awaits for you. Durrës is known as the beach city of Albania. For those who want to experience sun, sea and beach in Albania, this is the place to be! In the restaurants near the beach you can enjoy freshly caught fish with a nice beer or wine straight from the barrel. Speaking of a glass of wine, just 20 kilometers from Durrës there is also the possibility to go to a winery for some wine tasting!

Going along the Adriatic coast to Gjirokastër

On the way to south Albania there is the possibility to drive along the Adriatic coast. During your group tour in Albania, we can discover the entire coastline in 2 days! There are various activities to do at the Adriatic coast. You can of course swim and dive, but also paraglide and sail in a private boat. If you do travel south, Gjirokastër is a place you should not have missed.
